📜 Errea House – Light to Medium Roast

Before the roast, there was the house.

Errea House stands as Tehachapi’s oldest surviving home—a Victorian landmark where pine shadows stretch across porch beams and history lingers in the wood. This roast honors that quiet endurance, brewed for mornings that begin with reverence and ritual.

🌿 Sourced from Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region, this light-to-medium roast offers a delicate, floral cup with bright citrus and soft stone fruit. As it cools, expect elegant layers of bergamot, honey, and a whisper of jasmine—an aromatic tribute to a house that still holds the center.

Yirgacheffe coffees are grown above 6,000 feet, where cool air and rich soil slow the cherry’s ripening, deepening complexity. Celebrated for their clarity and perfume-like aroma, these beans are among the most distinctive in the world.

Whether you’re sipping on the porch or watching the wind stir the pines, Errea House Roast reminds you: some foundations never fade.
