Named for Tehachapi’s first newspaper, The Tomahawk, this roast honors the bold voices and frontier grit that shaped the town’s early days. It’s a tribute to ink-stained fingers, pickaxe-wielding editors, and the kind of flavor that makes headlines.
🌋 Grown on family-owned farms in Bali’s Kintamani highlands, this coffee thrives in the volcanic soils of Mount Agung, shaded by citrus trees that offer both canopy and livelihood. Production follows Subak Abian—a centuries-old irrigation system rooted in Tri Hita Karana, the Balinese philosophy of harmony between nature, humanity, and spirit.
Blue Moon is a dark roast with a smoother profile than most Indonesian coffees—less peaty earth, no swampy fruit. Instead, it delivers a rich, full-bodied cup with notes of malt, dark chocolate, and molasses, rounded by a subtle smoky whisper. Sweet, strong, and balanced—this is Bali at its boldest, without the bite.
