🏘️ Named after the historic town near Tehachapi, California, symbolizing the strength and heritage of our local community. Monolith was special because it was a true “company town” built around a cement plant that supplied materials for the Los Angeles Aqueduct, later evolving into a tight-knit community with its own school, store, post office, and housing before being dismantled in the mid‑20th century.

🏞️ India Estate Peaberry comes from Pearl Mountain Estate (Ratnagiri) in Karnataka, India, a family-run farm planted in 1920 and now managed by the third generation, Rohith and Ashok Patre. Grown at 1,200–1,500 meters in the lush Western Ghats, this coffee reflects decades of quality-focused cultivation and care.

✨ Flavor Notes:
Roasted Spanish peanut, cane sugar (light roast), caramelized sugar, milk chocolate, peanut brittle (medium roast), tree nuts, almond/almond butter, Ghirardelli drinking chocolate, malt sugar sweetness, thick, dense body, low acidity with nutty tones.

💧 Processed:
  Washed process, with cherries carefully picked and sorted for quality. “AB” bean size (15–17 1/64 inch), similar to Kenya’s grading.
