Our Sumatra Harimau Tiger is a full-bodied coffee from Aceh, Indonesia, with the depth you'd expect from a classic Sumatra—but with an unusually clean and balanced cup.
At our medium-dark roast, rich chocolate and warm spice take center stage, complemented by subtle earthy notes and a touch of soft fruit. The deeper roast builds body and sweetness while creating a smooth, lingering finish.
The Story Behind the Coffee
Harimau Tiger is produced by smallholder farmers in Aceh and selected for its exceptional preparation and cup quality. It retains the bold character Sumatra is famous for while offering a cleaner, sweeter profile than many traditional Sumatran coffees.
Its traditional wet-hulled processing contributes to the coffee's distinctive body and depth, making this an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys a rich, lower-brightness cup.
